NA-795247 and with share capital of EUR 10,000.00 fully paid – pursuant to article 13 of legislative decree number 196 of 30 June 2003 regarding the protection of personal data ("Privacy Code"), in order to describe the methods of managing the website at the address "www.provenzalestore.it" ("the Website") and the services made available through it in relation to the processing of personal data of users who consult the Website and/or use the Services ("Users").

INFORMATION PURSUANT TO ART. 13 OF LEGISLATIVE DECREE 196/2003
The company Almax S.r.l. recognises the importance of protecting the privacy of its Users' personal information and, for this reason, has established precise rules regarding the storage and processing of personal data, in application of Legislative Decree 196/2003. The company Almax S.r.l. undertakes to process data according to the principles of fairness, lawfulness and transparency. For the same purposes, such data may be communicated to agents, suppliers, consultants, professionals of proven competence and bound by the obligation of confidentiality. Failure to provide data, where not mandatory, will be evaluated from time to time by the data controller and will determine the consequent decisions based on the importance of the requested data with respect to the management of the relationship. Legislative Decree 196/2003, Art. 7 – Right to access personal data and other rights.

The interested party has the right to object, in whole or in part: a) for legitimate reasons to the processing of personal data concerning him/her, even if pertinent to the purpose of collection; b) to the processing of personal data concerning him/her for the purpose of sending advertising material or direct selling or for carrying out market research or commercial communication.
