Exchanges/Returns

It is possible to request an exchange or return within 14 days of purchase. The request, with the relevant reasons and product codes, can only be made by writing to the following email address: assistenza@provenzalestore.it

We will respond as soon as possible. Returns of goods made through other channels will not be accepted.

For exchanges or returns, the cost of returning the goods is borne by the customer, who may return them via registered mail or courier to our address: Almax Srl - via Verdi, 2 - 80040 Cercola (NA).

In the event of an exchange, the goods will be shipped by Almax Srl at its own expense, via BRT courier, within 5 working days of receipt at its premises.

The refund will be processed within a maximum of 10 days from the receipt of the intact garments as indicated below. The amount corresponding to the return will be credited using the same method used for the purchase (directly to the same credit card or bank account from which the transfer was made).

Please note: before making a return, ensure that the products are in the same condition in which they were received, with all internal labels and tags attached, not stained, damaged, or used.

How to make an exchange or return.

 

  • 1 - RETURN REQUEST
    Send an email to assistenza@provenzalestore.it with the reasons and product codes you wish to return, and await instructions.



  • 2 - CONDITION OF PRODUCTS TO BE RETURNED
    Ensure that the products are in the same condition in which they were received, with all internal labels and tags attached, not stained, damaged, or used.



  • 3 - MARK THE ITEMS
    On the receipt received with the order, mark the items you wish to return.



  • 4 - HOW TO PREPARE THE SHIPMENT
    Ship the items in the same box in which you received the order, including the receipt, and ensure everything is properly sealed with packing tape.



  • 5 - COURIER
    Call your chosen courier and arrange the shipment.



  • 6 - REFUND
    After receiving the return and verifying the intact condition of the products, the amount corresponding to the return will be credited within a maximum of 10 days to the same credit card or bank account from which the purchase transfer was made.
